Operational Delivery Networks (ODNs) are structures through which hepatitis C treatment is delivered in England. The Network involves regional centres which manage treatment decisions and prescribing, and which have a dispersed treatment model which aims to support partnership working and access for local patients. HCV Action Member Survey, June 2021
In June 2021 HCV Action developed a survey asking the hepatitis C professional community for their views about hepatitis C care in the UK. Over 40 people responded to our survey from all areas of the UK. Our findings indicate a mixed picture of how testing, treatment and other care for people with hepatitis C has changed through the pandemic. HCV Action ODN Stakeholder Event 2020: A national perspective on elimination
These are the opening talks from this year's ODN Stakeholder Event from Mark Gillyon-Powell, Head of Programme for HCV Elimination, NHS England and Prof Graham Foster, National Clinical Lead for ODNs, NHS England. The talks gives a national overview on hepatitis C elimination efforts in England and how COVID-19 has impacted these. Professor Guruprasad Aithal, President of the British Association for the Study of the Liver (BASL) chaired the event. HCV Action and Public Health England hepatitis C roadshow in Kent: Presentations
HCV Action and Public Health England (PHE) staged the second hepatitis C good practice roadshow of 2018 in Maidstone on 5th September, bringing together 80 people from across Kent to discuss challenges to tackling hepatitis C and share solutions.
