HCV Action & PHE hepatitis C roadshow in Brighton: Presentations

Dec 2015 by HCV Action & Public Health England
On 24th November 2015, HCV Action and Public Health England (PHE) staged a hepatitis C good practice roadshow in Brighton. The event was designed to showcase and share best practice in the prevention, diagnosis, testing and treatment of hepatitis C, and identify specific issues and potential solutions for tackling hepatitis C, with a particular focus on how hepatitis C can be tackled alongside HIV and other BBVs. Among the speakers were Professor William Rosenberg (Consultant Hepatologist at the Royal Free Hospitall), Bill Gillespie (Regional Director for Specialised Commissioning, NHS England), Mags O'Sullivan (Community Hepatitis Nurse, Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals NHS Trust) and a range of others. These slides are taken from the presentations of the speakers, and provide a host of relevant information for anyone concerned with tackling hepatitis C both locally and nationally.
