Measuring the impact of the recommendations of the London Joint Working Group on Substance Use and Hepatitis C - learning from the pilots
In 2011 the London Joint Working Group published 'Tackling the Problem of Hepatitis C, Substance Misuse and Health Inequalities: a Consensus for London'. The document set out a number of recommendations to improve the integration of services in London for people with hepatitis C and a history of using drugs. Blood-borne Virus Opt-Out Testing in Prisons: Preliminary Evaluation of Pathfinder Programme: Phase 1, April to September 2014
This Public Health England report highlights the lessons learned from the experience of 11 pathfinder prisons, which will help to identify key factors for successful implementation of the programme across the adult prison estate by the end of 2016-17.
